1. Product and price
The Company Profile is a PDF document containing permit data, ownership, location, market position and an analyst note for one mining entity. The price is Rp 750,000 per profile, paid once, with no subscription.
The price may change for future orders, but a change never applies retroactively to an order already paid.
2. Ordering and delivery
Orders are placed by submitting the form on the profile page. After the form is submitted we issue an invoice. The profile is delivered as a PDF to the email address you provide once payment is received, within 1×24 business hours.
Payments are processed by Impact Labs Indonesia for the Teramine product.
If the PDF does not arrive (wrong address or a rejected attachment), we re-send it at no cost. Re-send requests can be made through the contact page, quoting the invoice number.
3. Licence
One purchase licenses one institution to use the profile internally: to read, print and quote it in working documents, with attribution. The licence is not transferable.
Re-publishing, reselling, uploading to a public repository, or displaying the profile in full to third parties without written permission is not permitted.
4. No refunds
All sales are final. This is a digital file that can be opened immediately upon delivery, so there are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
By ordering, you confirm that you understand what the product contains (including its data limits) and still choose to buy it. The only remedy we provide if the file fails to arrive is to re-send the file.
5. Data nature and liability
Profiles are compiled from data published by government bodies and open sources, then processed. Estimated figures are marked as estimates. The document is not investment or legal advice, not a legality certification, and not an asset valuation.
Official records can change after the edition date. Readers must verify against official sources before deciding. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of this document.
6. Corrections and right of reply
A named party may request a correction of data believed inaccurate, with supporting documents. Corrections are handled within 3 business days and, if substantiated, issued as a numbered revision. A correction does not create a right to a refund.
7. Personal data
The data you submit (name, email, WhatsApp, company) is used to process the order, issue the invoice and deliver the product. Tax and identity numbers are not requested. Deletion requests can be made through the contact page.
8. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; the version in force is the one shown on this page at the time the order is placed. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
